Position Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices preferred.
Preferred Skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
- Ability to source passive candidates.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions.
